China Chunmee For Mauritania

In Mauritania, tea is measured in glasses, not cups. The Ataya ritual-three glasses, boiled hard, poured from height-has shaped what drinkers expect from a leaf. The first glass comes bitter like life, the second sweet like friendship, the third gentle like love. But there is another layer to this market that outsiders often miss: Mauritanian buyers deliberately seek out tea that has been stored for two or three years before shipping. They call it old crop. The longer rest gives the liquor a deeper, smoother body-exactly what the three-glass ceremony demands. Chunmee 41022, aged before dispatch, has become the grade that fills this need. We ships large quantities of aged 41022 to the Mauritanian market, including supply to brands like 20/20 and Azawad. We are one of the biggest tea exporters to Mauritania.
