Spreading: After picking the tea, spread it on the bamboo sieve. The thickness of the tea is 1-3cm. The spreading time is 1-4 hours. During the period, the leaves are turned 2-6 times. The tea is spread until the water content reaches 68%-75%;
Kill green: Use steam to kill green, spread the tea leaves on a bamboo sieve with a thickness of 2 to 4 cm, and cover the bamboo sieve with multiple layers of gauze, put the bamboo sieve on the steam pot, when the whole gauze surface comes out of steam , Uncover the gauze, let the steam pass through the spread tea layer for 15-25s, and turn the leaves at the same time, then pour the steamed tea leaves into the fried green pot, control the temperature in the pot 200~220℃, stir fry for 0.5~1min, Until the moisture content of tea reaches 60%~65%;
Rolling: Put the green tea leaves into the rolling machine for rolling;
Drying: Put the twisted tea leaves in a bamboo sieve, dry the twisted tea leaves with hot air to a moisture content of 40% to 45%; transfer to a frying pan and stir fry, keep the leaf temperature at 45 to 50 ℃, wait for the leaves When the tip is rolled up, use a pressure plate consistent with the shape of the arc of the bottom of the pot on the tea leaves, reduce the leaf temperature to 30 ~ 35 ℃ (to prevent the leaves from evaporating too fast, too late to form a circle), rotate the pressure plate to make the tea curl Round shape, and make the water content of tea to 20%~24%; increase the leaf temperature to 45~50℃ and continue to fry for 90~120min, until the moisture content of tea is 4%~6%.
