Fine fragrance:

Generally speaking, the unique aroma of Pekoe exposed dry tea is called Haoxiang.

All fresh leaves with pekoe and tenderness of more than one bud and one leaf, after the normal tea-making process, may produce fine fragrance.

Silver needle tea generally has a typical fragrance, such as Baihao Yinzhen and Junshan Silver Needle; in addition, some Maojian and Maofeng will also have a fragrance, such as Huangshan Maofeng.

 

Tender fragrance:

As the name suggests, this type of tea has a very tender aroma. Fresh leaves, one bud and two leaves are beginning to show up. They are fresh and soft, and the tea will appear in a timely manner. The tender fragrance is mostly green tea. For example, Duyun Maojian, Ziyang Maojian and other Maojian teas, as well as Maofeng tea.

 

Floral fragrance:

Floral tea, the tenderness of fresh leaves is one bud and two leaves, after processing, it will emit a fragrance similar to flowers.

According to the sweetness of the floral scent, it can be divided into two types: clear floral and sweet floral.

Fresh floral fragrances include orchid fragrance, gardenia fragrance, pearl orchid fragrance, Milan floral fragrance, honeysuckle fragrance and so on.

The sweet floral fragrance includes osmanthus, rose, magnolia and so on.

There are many varieties of tea with floral fragrance. Green tea, scented tea, and some green tea and black tea will all present floral fragrance characteristics.

 

Fruity fragrance:

All kinds of fruit aromas are exuded in the tea, that is, fruity aroma. Such as peach, peach, Sydney, longan, apple, etc.

Among the six major teas, Oolong tea in northern Fujian often has a fruity aroma, while the Bailin Gongfu and Dianhong Gongfu in black tea often have an apple aroma.

 

Fresh fragrance:

The fresh fragrance is different from the tender fragrance. It is generally seen in the fresh leaf tenderness of one bud, two or three leaves, and green tea with normal tea making. It is also the typical fragrance of green tea; of course, there are also a few stuffy and lightly fired when dry. Yellow tea and oolong tea, which are shaken, made green, and have a low degree of fire.

The outstanding fragrance teas mainly include Zhuyeqing, Enshi Yulu, Mengding Huangya, and Qingxiang Tieguanyin.

 

Sweet fragrance:

Sweet aroma is the representative aroma of Gongfu black tea. Black tea with one bud, two and three leaves may have this aroma. Specifically, it can be divided into sweet fragrance, honey fragrance, longan fragrance, sweet floral fragrance, dried fruit fragrance, etc.

Teas with sweet flavor include Yihong Gongfu, Dianhong Gongfu and Minhong Gongfu.

 

Fire type:

The fire-flavored tea is mainly tea with older raw materials and more stalks, such as high-flavor, old fire-flavored, and rice-cooked scent. The appearance of this flavor is mainly due to the high baking temperature during processing, which causes the sugar to be coked. Caused by.

The fire-flavored tea mainly includes Huangdacha, Wuyi Rock Tea and so on.

 

Mellow fragrance:

Basically speaking, the mellow fragrance is the aroma of Pu'er tea, Liubao tea, and Hunan dark tea.

The fresh leaves of the scent-type tea are relatively old, and there is a pile process in the manufacture. After long-term storage, under the effect of post-fermentation, the fragrance gradually changes, and the rare aging fragrance gradually appears. For example, Pu'er tea often mentions the more aging, the more fragrant and the Chen Yun, which means the scent type.

 

Smoky fragrance:

This is a relatively unique smoky incense. If you use pine cypress or maple yellow vine or other smoked tea when it is dry, it will generally have a rosy scent.

The representative teas of pine smoke incense mainly include Souchong black tea, and Weishan Maojian and Liubao tea also have this kind of smoke incense.
