On April 30, the joint scientific research team led by the Kunming Institute of Botany of the Chinese Academy of Sciences overcame the problem of tea plant genome sequencing through a series of key technologies such as gene library and sequencing, and was the first to obtain high-quality tea plant genome sequences in the world. The advancement of science and technology will lead to technological innovation, and the health attributes of tea may be scientifically demonstrated more accurately.
